1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on MyRacingPath or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must provide verifiable consent before your account is activated.

2. Description of Service

MyRacingPath is a motorsport career planning platform that provides AI-powered coaching, career path planning, race weekend logging, skill tracking, kart setup management, and an educational racing academy. The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised content based on the information you provide.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Tiers

MyRacingPath offers multiple subscription tiers:

  • Free: Core features with limited AI usage.
  • Pro: Expanded AI features, unlimited lesson regeneration, and additional tools.
  • Max: Full access to all features including advanced career planning tools.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All AI-generated content on MyRacingPath — including career plans, coaching advice, academy lessons, skill assessments, setup recommendations, and sponsorship guides — is produced by artificial intelligence for informational and educational purposes only.

  • AI content does not constitute professional coaching, financial advice, medical advice, or any other form of professional guidance.
  • Career cost estimates are approximations based on publicly available data and may not reflect current pricing.
  • Setup recommendations are general suggestions — always consult your mechanic or team before making changes to your kart or car.
  • Injury log features are for personal record-keeping only and do not replace medical advice.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to manipulate AI features to generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
  • Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform for commercial purposes.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Upload malicious files or content.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The MyRacingPath platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Content you create on the platform (race logs, setup notes, etc.) remains yours.
  • AI-generated content (lessons, career plans, coaching responses) is generated for your personal use. You may share it (e.g., FIFA driver cards) but may not resell or commercially redistribute it.
  • Championship data in our database is compiled from publicly available sources for informational purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRacingPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, decisions made based on AI-generated career plans, coaching advice, setup recommendations, or cost estimates.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is subject to a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel the request. After 30 days, all data associated with your account is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

10. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests should be sent to support@appmyracingpath.com. Renewals are non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Feature availability may vary by subscription tier and may change as we develop the platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
